Dragan Rajšić

Born in Pula 1967. Completed sculpture studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade and Doctoral art studies at the same faculty in 2016. Since 2015, he has been teaching at the Sculpture Department, Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. Now he holds the title of associate professor.

He has been exhibiting since 1989, so far he has had 14 solo exhibitions and a large number of group exhibitions. The works can be found in numerous museums, private and public collections. Many of his works were purchased through the competition of the Ministry of Culture of the RS, and are located in Sombor, Kučevo, Belgrade. Sculptures in public space: Center for Art Education “Šumatovačka”, in 2016, the sculpture “Memory” was installed. 2017. City Park Apatin. Participant is the 35th International Terracotta Sculpture Symposium “Terra” in Kikinda, the “Meander” Sculpture Symposium in Apatin and the 2019 Symposium. National Academy of Arts from Sofia in Ahtopol, Bulgaria.

Winner of the Award for work in metal, at the final exhibition of the Sculpture Department, FLU in Belgrade.
