Biljana Vilimon was born on May 15, 1951. She graduated in painting and completed her master’s degree in stained glass at the Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade in 1976. She has been a member of the Association of Fine Artists of Serbia (ULUS) since March 1977.
She also promoted visual art through television, as the author of one hundred short programs dedicated to visual arts and painting, as well as the creator of Gallery of Secrets, for which she produced more than five hundred one-hour episodes between 1990 and 1998. She is the author of children’s books on visual art and works as a newspaper columnist.
